Black Risotto With Kielbasa

Jasper picked out the Kielbasa at Marlow & Daughters. We had it with My Friend's Mustard, which I tried at Hungry Filmmakers last week and is wonderful. Chard and apples sauteed in sausage drippings on the side. Rice from Eataly, but I bet I could find something similar at Bklyn Larder or Blue Apron.
